Our ball valves are specifically designed for a high number of cycles (our metal-to-metal ball valve is qualified for more than 100 000 cycles).

Their design is simple with the 3-piece body. Metal-to-metal seating with high density antifriction coating. Ball valves can be equipped with pneumatic or electric actuators.

PARALLEL SLIDE GATE VALVE and GLOBE VALVE

Our valves for liquids containing solid particles are parallel slide gate valves with a substitution ring (reconstitution of the profile when the valve is open).

They are used on numerous petrochemical processes.

MAIN FEATURES:

• These valves are designed to :
  • Carry out fluids with solid particles
  • Seal hot gases
  • Be able to withstand 10 000 cycles per year
• Adapted to transfer beads and aluminum dust with the temperatures around 550°C

QUALIFICATIONS:

Tightness on nitrogen after 10 000 cycles under pressure or 550°C with presence of beads aluminum dust.
